The North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers Convention serves as the focal point of the year for North Carolina’s lawyers. As a long-standing member of the academy, Mr. Goldfarb was honored to be a guest lecturer at the 2008 convention. With Mr. Goldfarb having over 10 years experience in the area of civil litigation and the convention itself being a major platform for Continuing Legal Education, there is no doubt why Mr. Goldfarb was chosen for this singular honor. As the chairman for the convention stated, “Our long-standing tradition has been to offer something for everyone regardless of the area of practice. That means you’ll get the very best education, hear inspirational speeches, attend stimulating section and division meetings, and participate in superb networking opportunities”.  Mr. Goldfarb’s lecture focused on improving civil trail techniques for attorneys of levels of experience.
